EVERY ARTIST LIKES RED DOTS

…and I am no exception!

One of the benefits of recently refreshing my website is that more of my photography is now online, in both the designated GALLERY area of the site and beyond. While window shopping costs absolutely nothing and is encouraged, I am pleased to advise that all the photography on show is also for sale!

So, if you come across work here that you simply cannot live without – whether it be for your home environment or commercial premises – feel free to head to my CONTACT page and initiate a conversation. All enquiries are welcome and confidential.

THE WAY FORWARD

In thinking about how to proceed with the sale of work from my revamped site – and in keeping with the nature of the digital age in which we live – I have decided that I will now sell print-ready image files of my photography, as opposed to work that is already printed and framed. My sense is that this will be advantageous for all concerned.

Print-ready image files can be sent around the world with the click of a mouse, at no cost, and with little chance of them being compromised on the way. Once received, the purchaser can then think about the size of the print they would like, the material on which to print it, and how to proceed with framing.

Hopefully, this process will ensure that customers end up with exactly what they want, courtesy of the fact that they have made all the key
decisions in relation to the presentation of the work they have purchased.

DOLLARS AND CENTS

Accordingly, print-ready files of my work are now retailing for a flat rate of $300. What you will receive for this is a 16-bit Photoshop file of your photograph of choice, with an Adobe RGB (1998) colour profile and an image resolution of 300dpi, which is ideal for high-end printing. While some of these details might sound puzzling, I guarantee that the person printing your file will be able to make perfect sense of them.

And for anyone living locally, if you require assistance when it comes to sourcing high-end printing, you are more than welcome to contact me to discuss the available options.

And last but by no means least, while I don’t identify as a commercial photographer, if you have an idea for a photograph – or a suite of photographs – that sits outside what is available on this site, I am more than open to the possibility of a commission, and the way forward in relation to that is to start a conversation via the CONTACT page at the end of this site.
